Appu Ghar is hosting a Biryani Festival from June 26 to June 30. The lavish buffet boasts of mouthwatering Hyderabadi, Awadhi, Kashmiri, and Chettinad biryani, along with mirchi ka salan, raita, and sharbat. The feast, prepared by Chef Kuldeep Jain, featured a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryanis.
Eid celebrations are incomplete without biryani, and what better way to mark the end of the holy month of Ramzan than by feasting on this popular delicacy.
The biryani had amazing flavors with perfect spices and taste.The rice were cooked to perfection and there was no excessive oil to be seen.Chicken and mutton pieces were perfectly blended with delicious raita and salan and glass full of sharbat.I was very much impressed with the presentation and the ambience.Totally satisfied my taste buds.
