Xiaomi today announced the “very Mi Christmas sale”, where the company will offer discounts on Mi 5 smartphone, accessories, coupons and more from Monday to Wednesday. The “very Mi Christmas sale” from Xiaomi is valid for purchases only made on the company’s online store, Mi.com/in.
Xiaomi Mi 5, which was one of the first phone to launch with Snapdragon 820 processor in India, will see a price drop during the company’s Christmas sale. Xiaomi is offering the Mi 5 at Rs 19,999, a discount of Rs 3,000. However, the offer is valid for a limited period. The phone was originally launched at Rs 24,999 and later the price was slashed to Rs 22,999
The discount on the Xiaomi Mi 5 is the big one as far as smartphones are concerned. Xiaomi is not slashing the price of its other offerings, including the popular Redmi series, which has done so well in India.
But Xiaomi is offering massive discounts on a number of accessories including Power banks, earbuds, cases and more. Consumers can consider buying a 20,000 mAh Power bank for Rs 1,899 with a flat discount of Rs 600. Similarly, a 10,000mAh Power bank is up for grabs for Rs 999, a flat discount of Rs 300.
Xiaomi is also selling Redmi Note 3 flip cases for as low as Rs 99 each. In case, you have any motivation to purchase the original Mi Band, the fitness tracker will be available for Rs 799. Mi USB Fan will be available for Rs 149 (down from Rs 249), and Mi LED Light at Rs 199 (down from Rs 249).
The Redmi Note 3 maker will be offering a free one year Hungama Music membership and three month Hungama Play free membership exclusively for 1 million Mi users. Xiaomi martphones that are eligible to get the free Hungama membership include Redmi 3S, Redmi Note 3, Mi Max, Mi 5.
