Christmas is the time to be merry and be happy! And, good food always plays a big part in spreading the cheer. So on 25th December,I went to Radisson Blu MBD Hotel, Noida for their special Christmas Brunch at the recrafted SXVIII, the All Day Brasserie and I was very much impressed with the total set up. Ambience was amazing with excellent food and hospitality. Chef Ritesh Negi made sure we had a great time by presenting an extensive array of delectable cuisines.
We started with crispy baked buffalo chicken wings, Hare masala ki tawa Machli, Tandoori Chicken and followed it with Roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and stuffing.Turkey was done extremely well and it tasted great.In between we also tried cocktails as well as Champagne which really made our brunch more special.
In the main course we ordered Chicken Biryani, Nihari Gosht and Tamater machali along with bread .I higly recommend Tamater machali which was something I never tasted before and it really tasted awesome.
Main highlight of this brunch was the dessert menu which was having many updated version of the classic Christmas recipes like Honey and Pecan Pie, Ginger Bread Cup Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Spicy Christmas Fudge Tree and Spice Mango Religieuse to complete the meal with delectable festive treat consisting of a colorful dessert spread.
Overall the experience was amazing and I highly recommend this place for luxury dine-in. The service is impeccable and I had the best time at this place.
