Manasi Kirloskar is emerging as a dynamic, young business leader carrying forward her 150 year old legacy. Currently the Executive Director, Kirloskar Systems Ltd, she is also the director on board of the Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker Ltd and Kirloskar Technologies.
While she manages her corporate brilliance with grace, at the same time, she is also setting up her own ventures in Real Estate and has just completed her first premium residential project in a joint development with Embassy Builders.
Her next initiative is a commercial project for which she has recently procured land. Her humble upbringing has led her to work on an innovation for rural healthcare.
Manasi also started community service at a young age of 14. She traveled to Cambodia to build bridges, and taught art at lesser priveleged schools in India. By passion, she is a painter and a graduate from the famous Rhode Island School of Design, USA.
Her aim was to use her skills in painting for a social cause and has now registered her non-for-profit trust ‘Caring with Colours’, of which she is Managing Trustee and CEO.
Manasi has won several awards and recognitions in the last few months. These include a place in Femina Top 50 influential for Pune and Femina Pune’s iconic 19.
She was also featured in Times of India’s coffee table book on India’s Business Leaders of the future, has won the Rotary Excellence Award in Pune, has been the Corporate Face to watch out for in 2017 by Femina and is on the cover of the magazine.
She was also bestowed the Super Icon Award for being a Budding Entrepreneur from Society, won the Corporate Debutante – Hello Hall of Fame Award 2017 and was also the speaker at the recently held India Today Conclave and their South Conclave.
She is the keynote speaker at Institute of Directors seminar on Board Diversity, and the Rotract Bangalore’s annual day. Manasi is a part of Young Indians, McKensie Young leaders group, Pichtets Gen Next, Patron for Cochin Biennale, Patron for Live Love Laugh Foundation andmany more! She is a painter, diver, traveler, mountaineer (recently climbed up to Mt Fransipan the highest peak of indo china) and an art collector.
