Chicken Manchurian is quick and easy to make, and always prove as a delicious meal for kids and grown ups.
Ingredients
- Ingredients for Manchurian Balls:
- 1 cup Minced Chicken
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 medium Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 piece Green Chilli (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Corn Flour
- 2 Slices of Bread (mashed)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon white Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
- Salt to Taste
- Oil for frying
- Ingredients for Gravy:
- 2 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon Corn Flour
- Salt to Taste
- 2 tablespoon Onion (chopped) for garnishing
Method
Method for Manchurian Balls:
- In a large bowl mix minced chicken with all ingredients properly.
- Prepare small balls. Deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
Method for Gravy:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry chopped Onions till they turn pink. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till oil is separated.
- In a separate bowl mix Corn Flour with ½ cup water. Add chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add this mixture to the pan along with ¼ cup water & mix salt. Prepare semi thick gravy.
- Pour gravy over Manchurian Balls in a serving bowl. Garnish with green portion of chopped Spring Onions.
- Serve Hot with Fried Rice or Noodles.
