The authentic Awadhi cuisine curated by Executive Chef Vikas Pant takes you on a culinary journey, inspired by Mughal cooking techniques prepared with exotic flavors using traditional Indian Spices. Café Pride has encapsulated the essence of the Lucknowi mehmaan nawazi, which resonates in traditional décor, artwork and soulful live music that recreatesan ambience of royalty.
The festival offers authentic awadhi delicacies, which includes Murg Badami Korma, Mutton Shammi Kebab, Murg Mussalum, Gosht Nalli Nihari, Paneer Ki Kaliyan, Dal Sultani, Makhmali Kofta Curry, Bakarkhani Roti and etc.
