The new Paytm app v5.4.2 has new features that’ll give you more control over your spends & shopping experience.
Here are the five new things you can do in the new Paytm app:
Paytm’s easy Replacements and Returns will crack any dilemmas around size and color. Simply tap on the Replace/Return option in My Orders, and let us in on why you want to exchange it. Once we’re done with the pick up, we’ll ship a fresh one ASAP.
Paytm’s Digital Passbook is now offline. You can now keep a tab of your expenses wherever you are, even if you’re not connected to the Internet.Paytm’s Passbook is simple. Once you sign up, you can instantly view all your transactions where you’ve Paid, Requested or Added money.You can also download passbook statements for upto six months so you can easily track all your expenses.
If you need any help, just let us know in the ‘have an issue with an order?’ option in the Profile menu. Pick the order, and share your concern. We’ll make sure it’s addressed.
Any online recharge or bill payment is now faster and more rewarding with the new Recents and Offers tabs. If you are recharging or paying your bills, you would receive a complete list of your recent transactions on Paytm. Just click on any entry on the list to repeat the transaction. Before checkout, the Offers tab will show relevant offers and discounts you can avail for the order. This would ensure you don’t miss out on any of our offers in the category.
Make an informed choice while browsing products in the Paytm Mall. Simply look for the seller details on the Product description page. You will get to know where the seller is located, his current rating and how many people have bought products from him. You will also find other sellers selling similar products. In case you find another seller closer to home, you can choose to go ahead.
