I believe this film has been adapted from the book magnificently. The dynamic and loss of the LA aspect were unexpected yet definitely an asset to the film, it allowed the introduction of the young girl much earlier. The outcome was unexpected and the action was real. A few witty jokes kept the movie entertaining for all and Reacher’s “feral” personality is played well by Cruise.
The only complaint i would make in this short review would be to say that they should have developed a few relationships further.
Overall the film has vividly given a fresh dynamic to the story by Lee Child and is definitely worth the watch.
