International Barbeque Festival is being celebrated at the Café Knosh in The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi. The festival is currently ongoing after getting a huge start on 27th of January.It was great to get an invite to be a part of the launch and enjoy these delicious recipes.Chef Rohit Tohki made sure that all non veg eaters get to taste all items including pork.
Starting at only INR 999 the International Barbecue Festival offers the perfect indulgence for all barbecue lovers in the form of the most scrumptious and internationally celebrated barbeque grills from across the globe. Treat yourself to a specially curated menu and relish delicacies such as Indian, Oriental, American and European.Ranging from the duck, chicken and lamb to some brilliant additions in the vegetarian menu, the festival appears to be all that a barbecue connoisseur would look forward to.
For the European section,I tried Pork Belly (Bacon and asparagus skewers), Pork Ribs, Sausages, Grilled Lamb Chops,Chicken Skewers Teriyaki and it was just amazing.Oriental section consisted of Roasted Duck,chicken and Eggplant skewers which was also good.I loved the grilled pomfret from the Indian section too which which tasted awesome.With so many options choose from,It was really difficult for me to taste everything but I can’t resist eating pulled pork & Lamb Burgers.
Ending the festival on a sweet note,I tried tasting various desserts mainly Black Forest & Strawberry cake.There was also one special dessert ” Barbequed fresh fruits with ice cream” which was made specially by Chef Rohit Tokhi for all the foodies.
I would recommend everyone to go and enjoy the season’s fresh vegetables, meat, seafood and fish grilled to perfection and served with global marinades for just Rs 1299 (Lunch) & Rs 1599 (Dinner) with unlimited beer.The Festival will go on till 12th february.
